In these difficult times we are following the most up to date guidance regarding the COVID 19 pandemic and made the difficult choice to temporarily close to all but emergency patients. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, and we are sure you will understand we have taken this action as advised by our regulators and advisers to keep our patients and staff safe and to save lives in the wider community.
We are still here to help and answer phone calls and emails during weekdays. Certain limited procedures can still be undertaken at the practice but we need to try and limit patient contact in the next few weeks.
Telephones will be answered from 9.30 until 11.30 during the working week. Please follow instructions to contact the on call dentist or NHS dental services if needed or leave a message for a call back within the next working day.
We have already contacted patients due to see us until Easter to inform them of these changes. We look forward to increasing capacity and putting in the extra clinics to continue your care when we can resume normal service.
We hope you understand the decision we have had to make and continue to support the practice through this extraordinary time.
Good luck with the battle against the virus, adopting these necessary temporary measures should allow a return to normality a soon as possible.
